Ten Hands Technique

1. Clap hands

Straighten both arms in front and then clap hands 4 sets of 9.

2. Knock Tiger's Mouth

Put both palms face down. Knock the internal side of the palms (the area on the internal side of the index finger and the area between the index and thumb "tiger's mouth" 4 sets of 9. 

3. Pinky Knock

Turn both palms face up. Knock the external edge of the palm (pinky side) for 4 sets of 9. 

4. Lotus Knock

Form the palms like a lotus flower. Knock the base of the wrists 4 sets of 9. 

5. Finger Tip Knock

Keep the position of the palms from last move. Knock the finger tips together 4 sets of 9. 

6. Tiger's Mouth Left

Put the left tigers mouth on top of the right and hit for 4 sets of 9.

Tiger's mouth Right - Put the right tigers mouth on top of the right and hit for 4 sets of 9. 

8. Interlock Finger Knock

Interlock Finger Knock. - Interlock the fingers and hit against each other for 4 sets of 9.
