Bones for Life® is a program to improve the Movement Intelligence of Bone Strength and Weight-Bearing Posture

It is based on Dr. Feldenkrais’ approach to somatic learning.

Welcome Angela Cox, Our New Bones for Life® Instructor

Angela Cox will be joining our team in September!


She will be teaching Bones for Life® on Tuesdays at 1:30 starting September 3rd.  


More News about Angela:

Angela is a certified Yoga Teacher and has been teaching group and private yoga classes since 2006.  A continued interest in body awareness and better movement strategies led her to Bones for Life®. A weekly class beginning in early 2014 brought her noticeable improvements in posture and gait, as well as a greater sense of calm and equanimity. It felt natural to continue the path and become a Teacher in Training in Bones for Life®. She hopes to complete her training and become a Certified Bones for Life® Teacher in 2020. Angela also has been practicing and teaching Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra, a style of guided meditation, since early 2017 and is currently working on a certification in this modality.
